Instructions 

1. Navigate to the desired page
2. Ensure that Live Edit is ON
   
   
3. Select the Widgets tab
   
   
4. Select the Modules tab
   
5. Drag and drop the Opinion Poll widget onto the page
   
6. Select the Category of the desired poll
   
7. Configure the remaining Widget Options as desired
   
   
   • Skin: Select the desired widget skin
   • Header Text: Enter the desired header text
   • Option Set: Select the desired option set
   • Display
   • Number of Columns: Select the desired number of columns
   • Category: Select the category of the desired poll
8. Save the page
