We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Agenda Center Properties

Under the Properties tab, you can customize the public side as well as the back end of the Agenda Center. Under Properties, global options such as Default Messages, and Permissions can be set.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Agenda Center
    Modules menu, Agenda Center.
  3. Select the Properties tab
    Properties tab.
  4. Make desired modifications to Agenda Center Options
    Pptions tab.
    • Admin Name: The Administrative name of the module. Used in the dropdown menu and while editing the module.
    • Public Name: The name that is publicly displayed for the module
    • Header: The header that appears under the module name
    • Footer: The header that appears at the bottom of the module
    • Social Media Open Graph Image: Control the image shared on Facebook from the module level. Use any full or relative image links. Images should meet the minimum size constraint of 600px by 600px. Pre-cache your images by running the URL through the URL Sharing Debugger tool to pre-fetch metadata for the website. You should also do this if you update the image for a piece of content. The debug tool also refreshes any scraped content for your websites, so it can be useful if you need to update them more often than the standard 24-hour update period.
    • Modify Agendas: Select the checkbox to allow users to modify agendas
    • Unpublish Agendas: Select the checkbox to allow users to unpublish agendas
    • Allows Owners to Override Workflow Process: Check to allow owners to override the workflow process
    • Allow Users to Move Items into Folders: Select the checkbox to allow users below the owner level to move items into folders
    • Allow Copy to Archive Center: Check to allow users to copy items to the archive center
    • Sends Notifications: Select the checkbox to send notifications to users when an item or category is submitted
    • Enable RSS Management Options: Select the checkbox to enable category-level options to manage what appears in the RSS feed
    • Always Show Media Column: Check to show the Media Column, even if there are no agendas containing media
    • Collapse Categories: Select the checkbox to collapse categories by default
    • Show Posted Date: Check to show posted dates for agendas in the Agenda Center
  5. Make desired modifications to Default Messages
    Default messages.
    Note: These are the default messages for the entire Agenda Center module. If a category has no default messages defined these will be used.
  6. Make desired modifications to the Default Agenda Format
