Remove Subscribers Without a Notification

This article will show you how to remove Subscribers in Agenda Center without a corresponding notification.

Important Notes

  • Agenda Center is the only module where Publishers do not have publishing permissions.
  • Modifications include adding minutes.
  • Please note this does mean it will have a new URL and therefore the link sent out with a notification (if used) will no longer work.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Agenda Center
    Navigate to Agenda Center
  2. Select the category that you would like to modify 
    select a category
  3. Select Go to Subscribers on the right
    go to subscribers button
  4. Select the Check All button, to the far right
    select checkboxes
    • Note: Alternatively, just select the boxes for individual subscribers.
  5. Click Delete Marked at the bottom of the list

  6. Select OK to dismiss the Are you sure? prompt

  7. In the next pop-up, select Cancel to the notification prompt to remove the subscribers without sending a notification
