Items that you use frequently in Agendas can be pre-setup so that you can easily add them to an agenda.
Instructions
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Agenda Center
- Select the category you would like to add the default item to
- Select Add Default Item
- Fill in the information fields
- Name (required): Name of the item
- Start Time: Enter a desired start time for the item
- Description: Enter a brief description of the item
- Attach Files: Click Upload File(s) to upload files from your computer
- Drag-and-drop files to the Upload box
- Click Continue
- Select Convert All to PDF to transform all your files to PDF files
- Drag-and-drop files to the Upload box
- Select Save Changes or Save and Approve at the top of the page
Note: The Default Agenda Item will now be available to add to any agenda without having to re-enter the item each time you create an agenda.
