This article will show you how to view the Plan Holders List.

 

Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Bid Postings
    Modules menu, Bid Postings.
  3. Select the desired category
    Select category.
  4. Select Choose an Action and then Plan Holders List next to the desired item
    Item plan holders list.
  5. The plan holder submissions will be visible
    View plan holder submissions.
  6. For more options, view the buttons above the Plan Holders List
    View options, export, and email all buttons.
    • View Options: Adjust the date range of displayed submissions
    • Export: Export the Plan Holders List to a CSV-formatted file
    • Email All: Send an email to all of the emails on the Plan Holders List

    Is there a way to make the Plan Holders list available for those who register to view the documents?
