The Analytics tab shows you what happens with the messages you send out to subscribers. The only communication that it includes is a template-based email displayed in analytics.
Important Notes
At this time, the analytics in CivicSend do not provide individual information, such as who opened the email.
Instructions
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select CivicSend
- Select the Analytics tab
- View the Messages tab
- Subject: Subject of the message sent
- List(s): List of subscribers the message was sent to
- Date Sent: Date the message was sent
- Delivered: Shows if the message was successfully delivered

Opened: Shows if the message was opened
Note: Message analytics for open and bounced will update 30 minutes after the message is sent. -
Not Opened: Shows if the message was not opened
Note: This value is calculated by subtracting the Opened amount from the Delivered amount. -
Bounced: Shows if the message bounced
Note: Message analytics for open and bounced will update 30 minutes after the message is sent.
