CivicSend Analytics Tab

The Analytics tab shows you what happens with the messages you send out to subscribers. The only communication that it includes is a template-based email displayed in analytics.

Who can use this feature?

The System Admin's orange padlock icon. Slash. The Owner's green person icon.

Important Notes

At this time the analytics in CivicSend does not provide individual information, such as who opened the email.

Instructions

Navigate to Modules > Content > CivicSend
Select the Analytics tab
View the Messages tab
- Subject: Subject of the message sent
- List(s): List of subscribers the message was sent to
- Date Sent: Date the message was sent
- Delivered: Shows if the message was successfully delivered
- Opened: Shows if the message was opened
  - Note: Message analytics for open and bounced will update 30 minutes after the message is sent.
- Bounced: Shows if the message bounced
  - Note: Message analytics for open and bounced will update 30 minutes after the message is sent.
