We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Select Multiple Subscriber Lists

You can select multiple lists for your communication. CivicSend aggregates all the CivicEngage Central lists that you have permission for in one location.

 

The only exception to multiple list selection is a user with Author permissions. Authors can only select one list at a time.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > CivicSend
    Navigate_from_Modules_to_Content_then_to_CivicSend.png
  2. Navigate on the New Message page to view the Subscriber List section

  3. Use the drop-down menu to select your first list

  4. Use the drop-down again to select however many lists you need

  5. Select Remove to delete a list from your selection

  6. Create the rest of your message
