The Community Voice module allows an open forum and dialog between customers and their residents. By categorizing topics and allowing discussion between administrators and the public, ideas are able to be shared and implemented.
Community Voice vs. Community Connection
In the Community Voice module, the City, County, or Association poses a question or creates a discussion group that the public responds to.
In Community Connection, the public will set up their own discussion groups.
Note: If Community Connection is not turned on for your CivicPlus site, contact Support or your Client Success Manager to turn it on.
