Delete a Category from the Forms Module

This article will show you how to delete a category in the Forms module. Forms allow you to organize your documents in one central area.

Important Notes    

  • We recommend that you use the Form Center for any regular, non-RequestTracker forms.
  • You must unpublish and delete all items in a category before you can delete the category.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Forms
    navigate to the forms module
  2. Select Choose an Action > Unpublish next to the category you wish to delete 
    published category, choose an action menu, unpublish
  3. Select Choose an Action > Delete 
    unpublished category, choose an action menu, delete
  4. Select OK on the pop-up to confirm the deletion
    category deletion confirmation pop-up, okay button
