This article will show you how to add an FAQ item.
Who can use this feature?
- Select Modules > Content > FAQs
- Select Choose an Action > Add Item next to the category you want to add the FAQs to
- Fill in the information fields
- Question: Enter the question for that category
- Answer: Enter the answer to the question
- Note: Remember to answer your question as completely as possible. Include a phone number, email address, or website address if possible.
- Additional Details
- Web Address: Website you would like to include with your answer
- Display Text: Word that will be clickable to go to the website you chose for the Web Address field
- Open in New Window: Check this box to open the site in a new window
- Starting On: Date you would like this FAQ to display on the public side
- Stopping On: Date you would this FAQ to unpublish itself from the public side
- Show Archives: Leave this set to the default setting
- Click Save and Publish at the top of the page
