Forms Module

The Forms module is primarily used for Request Tracker forms, it is not recommended to use the Forms module for any forms outside of CRT. Forms module forms are not mobile-friendly as the Request Tracker has it's own mobile form.

Form Center Module

The Form Center module is the recommended form creation tool for your website. The Form Center module has drag-and-drop functionality as well as a preview as you go back-end. Form Center forms are mobile-friendly.
