View Form Center Submissions

This article will show you how to view Form Center submissions.  

 

Who can use this feature?

System Admin Slash Owner Slash Publisher Slash Author

 

 

Important Note

In order to view statistics for forms, you must check the Save to Database box when you create or modify the form.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Form Center
    navigate to the form center module
  2. Select the category you would like to view submissions for
    select a category
  3. Click Actions next to the form whose results you wish to view
    actions button
  4. Select View Submissions
    actions menu, view submissions
  5. View your Submissions 
    view the submissions
    • Note: If you want to see more specific results, use the date filter at the top to choose submissions from the Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, or All.
  6. Click Actions next to the submission you want to view

  7. Select View Submitted Form
    submitted form action menu, view submitted form
  8. View the form, including any attached documents/forms/attachments/etc
