Tools on the Jobs Page

Tools will show up either not at all, as one of four simple non-editable link options with a pre-determined icon, or a blank custom tool field is available if necessary.

All options can be disabled.

Important Note

The Tools section on the Jobs module can be updated through CivicPlus Support. To update the links, please contact Support with the updated link you would like to have.

Options Available in the Tools Section

• Download Application - Defaults to "[your domain]/support/application.pdf" to give a basic application. We suggest changing this to one that meets your needs. 
• Apply Online - Defaults to the Online Job Application but can be changed to either a custom Form or an Encrypted Form if you're wanting to collect sensitive information on the application.
• Job Profiles - Defaults to the Online Job Application but many disable this functionality if they are not using it.
• Email Resume - The email address to which the email needs to be sent when the email resume text is clicked. Will send with a Subject line: "You have a response to your job posting on [your domain]"
