Move a Page with Site Map

This article will show you how to move a page by using the site map.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

 

 

Instructions

  1. Log in to your Web Central website if you have not already
  2. Expand the Modules menu, click the Site Tools tab, and select the Site Map option
    Modules drop-down menu with the Site Tools and Site Map options highlighted.
  3. Ensure that Live Edit Is On
    Live Edit option toggled on.
  4. Click the right-arrow next to the name of the section you want to move child pages in to expand it
    A small, black right arrow icon.
  5. With your mouse, drag and drop a page to the desired location
    Example page that is being dragged and dropped to another section.
  6. The site will refresh, and the changes will display automatically
    Example page relocated to another section of the site map.

    If someone has Owner permissions for a group of subpages (not the main homepage or sitemap), are they able to navigate to those child pages on the sitemap and move them around within that subsection only?
