We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. These changes mark the first step toward creating a cohesive and seamless user experience across all solutions in our portfolio. As part of this transition, users may notice minor design updates. While the functionality you rely on remains unchanged, we are in the process of updating screenshots and other resources on our Help Centers to reflect the new branding. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete these updates.

Please explain what the #Ref count heading refers to in the Quick Links module. I expect its how many pages the Quick Links appears on, but it's not clear. I expect that when I click on those Quick Links where the number is not 0 that it would show me the pages where the Quick Links are visible (like in the documents module) but it does not.

    Hi Jenny Larkin,

Thank you for your question! The Quick Links module's # Ref heading is intended to assist in determining where a Quick Links category is referenced, how many times it is referenced, and to quickly access where they are referenced. You can find more information about this feature in our View Quick Links Site References article.

If you are unable to see a Quick Links Widget References popup similar to the one that appears in step 4 of the Quick Links Site References article referenced above, I recommend contacting our Support team so they can look into this issue further.
