This article will explain how both staff and residents can add and manage widgets in the My Dashboard module.

Add a Widget
Add a Widget for Administrators
- Sign in to your website solution
- Navigate to the My Dashboard module:
- Expand the Modules dropdown menu
- Select the Content tab
- Click My Dashboard
- Click the Modify the Master Dashboard button:
- Click the Add a Widget button:

Locate the Widget you would like to add:
- Click the Add button next to the Widget:
- Click the Done button:
Add a Widget for Residents
- Sign in to the website
- Navigate to My Dashboard:
- Click on the My Applications dropdown menu
- Select My Dashboard from the list of options
Note: You can also navigate to My Dashboard from your user profile page.
- Click the Add a Widget button:

Locate the widget you want to add:
- Click the Add button next to the Widget:
- Click the Done button:
- View the widget on the Dashboard:
Feature a Widget
- Sign in to your website solution
- Navigate to the My Dashboard module:
- Expand the Modules dropdown menu
- Select the Content tab
- Click My Dashboard
- Click the Modify the Master Dashboard button:
Note: If the widget has already been added but still needs to be featured, please skip to Step 7 of the Feature a Widget section of this article. - Click the Add a Widget button:

Locate the Widget you would like to add:
- Click the Add button next to the Widget:

Locate the Widget you want to feature on the workboard:
- Click the Widget's Options menu (arrow):
- Select the Feature option from the menu:
- View the widget's Featured Indicator (star) next to the widget's name:
- Click the Done button:

- Sign in to your website solution
- Navigate to the My Dashboard module:
- Click the Modules dropdown menu
- Open the Content tab
- Select the My Dashboard module
- Click the Modify the Master Dashboard button:
Note: If the widget has already been added to the Dashboard, please skip to Step 7 of the Arrange Widgets section of this article. - Click the Add a Widget button:

Locate the widget you would like to add:
Note: To easily find a widget, use the Search bar.
- Click the Add button next to the widget:

Locate the widget you want to move to a new location:

Drag-and-drop the widget to its new location:
- Click the Done button to save:

- Sign in to the website
- Navigate to My Dashboard:
- Click on the My Applications dropdown menu
- Select My Dashboard from the list of options

Locate the widget you want to move to a new location:

Drag-and-drop the widget to its new location:
- View the widget's new location:
Remove a Widget

- Sign in to your website solution
- Navigate to the My Dashboard module:
- Expand the Modules dropdown menu
- Select the Content tab
- Click My Dashboard
- Click the Modify the Master Dashboard button:

Locate the widget you want to remove from the Dashboard:
- To remove a widget, click the Remove this Widget (X) button:
- Click the Done button:

- Sign in to the website
- Navigate to My Dashboard:
- Click on the My Applications dropdown menu
- Select My Dashboard from the list of options

Locate the widget you want to remove from the Dashboard:
- To remove a widget, click the Remove this Widget (X) button:
