In the News Flash module, customers can choose to have as many news flashes as they need. Each of the news flashes can 'live' on as many pages as it needs to but will filter back into the main News Flash module page. Each news flash can give web users the option to sign up for notifications or changes (this option is turned on by default but can be turned off per news flash) via RSS feeds, email, and/or text messages through the Notify Me module.
Functions
- Informs residents and users of what is happening in and around your city, town, county, or school district
- Provides press releases and emergency notices in a format that is quickly noticed and easy to read
- Links to documents that are relevant to the News Flash, such as applications, forms, and flyers/brochures

There are no instructions on how to modify the News Flash widget and how it displays on a page.
Public Subscription to NewsFlash: Is there a direct link (aka "deep-link") I can share with the public to subscribe to a specific NewsFlash? Or is there only a link to the long list page of all NewsFlash choices that they have to scroll through to find the one they want? Thank you.
Hi, Jenny Larkin at this time you would need to share the Notify Me link (yourdomain/list.aspx?Mode=Subscribe#newsFlash) to the full list of available News Flash categories. You can submit feature requests to our product team in the Help Center Community.
