Overview
This article will show you how to create Canned Responses for a Request Tracker category.
Important Note
All salesbefore July 1, 2020will have thisversion of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view the information for thenew CRT package.
Instructions
Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker
Click on the category in which you wish to add Canned Responses
Click Actions
Select Properties
Select the Canned Responses tab
Fill out the Title and Body of your Canned Response
Click Save next to your Canned Response
Click Save at the top of the page
