Overview
This article will show you how to create Canned Responses for a Request Tracker category.
Important Note
- All sales before July 1, 2020 will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view the information for the new CRT package.
Instructions
- Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker
- Click on the category in which you wish to add Canned Responses
- Click Actions
- Select Properties
- Select the Canned Responses tab
- Fill out the Title and Body of your Canned Response
- Click Save next to your Canned Response
- Click Save at the top of the page
