We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Real Estate Locator Overview

The Real Estate Locator module lists residential and commercial properties listed within the local community. The residential properties are separated from the commercial properties, and each has its own search functionality. Community members can post and manage their own real estate listings by setting up their profiles and paying a small subscription fee. Once a profile is set up the community member can post and manage their properties 24 hours per day.

 

Functions

  • Enhance your economic development by showing available properties
  • Organize and search for properties (residential or commercial) by neighborhood, street, or zone
  • Have front-end users add or modify properties that you can approve before they are live on the website
  • Set properties to auto-publish or unpublish
