We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Real Estate Locator Overview

The Real Estate Locator module lists residential and commercial properties in the local area. These two types of listing are separate, each with its own search tool. Community members can post and manage listings. To do this, they must create a profile and pay a small subscription fee. Once the profile is set up, they can manage their residential and commercial properties 24 hours a day.

 

Important Notes:

  • By default, the Real Estate Locator does not require a subscription from community members.

  • The city or town can choose to charge a subscription. If they do, payments are made through the site using their ePayment center, Gateway, which must be set up first.

  • If you would like more information, you can contact your Account Manager/Enterprise Account Manager.

 

Functions

  • Help grow your local economy by showing available properties.
  • Let users search for residential and commercial properties by neighborhood, street, or zone.
  • Allow users to add or change property listings with your approval before they appear on the site.
  • Choose to have properties published or unpublished automatically.
