The most common cause for missing Live Edit tabs is that the user does not have high enough permissions to make changes to the page. The following instructions will allow you to check the permissions.

User Permissions
- View the user's back-end groups and ensure that they are in the correct Back-End Groups.
- If the user is in the correct Back-End Groups but still cannot view Live Edit tabs, you may have to add a new Back-End Group or edit an existing Back-End Group.
- View the user's back-end groups and ensure that they are in the correct Back-End Groups.

- Add a Back-End Group with the correct page permissions
- Edit an existing Back-End Group and add desired page permissions
Other Troubleshooting
If the user does have permission and still cannot see the tabs, try with a different user or system administrator to locate the tabs in Live Edit mode. If even they cannot see the tabs as another user, please contact Support.
