This article will show you how to use Move Mode in the Staff Directory to re-order staff or departments.
Important Notes
- If the employees are part of the department and do not show on the site-map version of the staff directory, the Show Items in Categories setting will need to be turned on in order to move staff.
Instructions
- Sign in to your site
- Go to Modules and on the Content tab, select Staff Directory
- Hover over the employee you want to reorder and select Move
- Hover over the staff member you would like the selected name to be near and choose to insert the item above or below
- Insert Above: Will insert the selected name above the hovered name
- Insert Below: Will insert the selected name below the hovered name
- View the new order
