This article will show you how to log into the Mobile Admin App on iOS.
Who can use this feature?
- Select Organization
- Find and select your Organization or type your organization's name into the Search bar
- Note: If your organization does not appear, that means that you do not have any active modules for the app. You will either need to turn on Alert Center or obtain an upgraded option. For further assistance, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
- Click Done after you select your organization
- Enter your Username and Password
- Note: You will use the same network credentials that you use for your regular CivicEngage site.
- Note: If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password? to reset your password.
- Select Sign In
