This article will show you how to add a template and relate it to module categories.
Instructions
- Navigate to Modules > Site Tools >Template Manager
- Select the Templates tab
- Click Add Template button
- Fill in fields
- Name: Name the template to match the Department Header Package (DHP) it's being created for
- Interior Template: Appears for assigned categories within FAQs, Jobs, News Flash, and Staff Directory
- Theme: Select Interior (if the DHP has a theme, select it here)
- Banner(s): Select appropriate banners
- Main Navigation: Copy URL from an Interior page under the appropriate DHP and paste it here
- Left Navigation: Use the same URL as Main Navigation
- Simple Template: Appears for assigned categories within Calendars and Facilities
- Theme: Select Simple or Create from Interior Theme
- Preview: Click Preview to view a draft version of your template
- Banner(s): Select appropriate banners
- Main Navigation: Copy URL from a Simple page under the appropriate DHP and paste it here (cannot be a module page)
- Note: If you don't have a Simple page you will need to create one. You can add the page beneath any of the DHP Navigation pages. Title 'Template Manager Page (Do Not Remove)' and select the page to be hidden. The page must be published.
- Theme: Select Simple or Create from Interior Theme
- Select Save
- After the template is created, move back to the Category Management Tab
- Select a Module
- Select the Template needed on the appropriate Categories
- Click Save Changes

Can you please add instructions for how to set up a simple page. This is the one that is really needed for modules on a department header. Also the wording for how to set up the interior page first is confusing. It should be noted that the Main Navigation is an interior page URL and the Left navigation is the homepage URL. Also, there should be some notes on if it is themed or not and the steps needed to update that.
