Expiring Items

Expiring Items shows you a report of items that are near their end date. If your system is set to send notifications about expiring items, these notifications will go to any Publisher, Owner, or System Admin for the affected category.

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Site Tools tab, select Expiring Items
    Expiring Items option in Site Tools menu.
  3. Adjust filters, as needed and click Search
    Search button.
  4. View the report
    Expiring Items report.
