Add a Redirect Domain

You can have another domain added to your redirect listings if you own multiple domains and want to direct the domain to a specific page or set up redirects on that domain.

Important Notes

• The domain must point to the IP (Internet Protocol) address of your website in order to be operational.
• It is recommended to add the domain with and without the ‘www.’ For example, you would provide both civicplus.com and https://www.civicplus.com/.

Instructions

To add a new domain to your listing, you must contact CivicPlus Support with the domain name you want to add as a redirect.

Delete a Redirect Domain

You are not able to delete the primary domain on the site.

To delete a domain that is no longer being used, you must contact Support and let us know which domain needs to be removed.
