File Size Limit for Uploads

Single Uploads

For security reasons, our CivicPlus file size limit for any single upload area, such as upload to Form Center and single upload in Archive Center, is 20 MB.

Multiple Uploads

In any module that allows users to batch upload files, such as the Document Center, Image Repository, and Multiple Upload in Archive Center, there is no limit to the size per document. However, the size limit for the window is 1 GB. Customers with the CivicPlus Platinum Security Package have a size limit of 500 MB.

There is still a size limit of 20 MB in the Form Center for multiple uploads.

If a file exceeds this limit, it is recommended to break the uploads into different batches and upload only a handful at a time instead of all at once.
