At this time, CivicPlus does not offer a direct portal to maintain your own Domain Name System (DNS) records. If you need any changes made to your DNS records, you will need to contact CivicPlus Support during business hours (8 am - 5 pm CST) to request these changes. Once the changes are made, a CivicPlus DNS administrator will respond to confirm these changes.
