Can we send a message to all SMS Subscribers and ask them to confirm their subscription and phone number? I'd like to make sure the phone numbers are accurate and in use, otherwise we are paying for wrong numbers.

Unfortunately, this does not yet exist. This would, however, make a great enhancement. You can submit it on our feature request page at the following link: https://www.civicengage.civicplus.help/hc/en-us/community/topics/115000402873-Feature-Requests-Notify-Me. Other clients can vote and comment on the requests and then our developers see if or when these ideas can come to life!
