This article will show you how to send an email to participants of a session. This allows you to communicate postponements, cancellations, or any other vital information regarding a session.
Who can use this feature?
Note: Authors cannot publish an Activity.
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Activities
- Select the category
- Click Actions next to the session
- Select Email Participants
- Note: This option will only show in the drop-down if there are participants registered for the session.
- Type your message into the box
- Click Send
- Click Ok on the confirmation pop-up
