This article will show you how to modify Items in the Agenda Center.
Important Note
- Items that have already been added to an agenda will first need to be removed from the agenda before they can be modified.
Instructions
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Agenda Center
- Select the category for the item
- If the item you wish to modify has already been added to an agenda, you will first need to remove the item from the agenda
- Select the agenda on the Agendas tab
- Scroll down to the agenda builder and drag and drop the item you wish to modify to the Approved Items section on the right
- The item should now be removed from the agenda
- Scroll up and click Save
- Click Don't Show as Amended on the pop-up
- Select the agenda on the Agendas tab
- Navigate to the Items tab
- Select the item you wish to modify
- Make desired modifications
- Name: Edit the name of the Agenda Item
- Workflow: Select a workflow for the publishing process
- Note: This option will only display if a workflow has been created for the category.
- Suggested Meeting Date (Optional): Enter a suggested meeting date
- Start Time (Optional): Enter the start time of the item
- Description (Optional): Add a brief description of the item
- Attached Files (Optional): Click Upload File(s) to attach a file to your item or click the X next to a file to remove it
- Note: There may be additional options if Custom Fields have been created for the category.
- Click a saving option
- Save Changes: Save the changes without adding them to the live site
- Save and Submit: Save changes and submit to be approved (Authors Only)
- Save and Approve: Save and approve the changes
- After the item has been modified, you can re-add the item to the agenda
