Notify Me® Subscriber Limit

Notify Me® does have a Subscriber limit. Once your site has reached the limit for the number of SMS subscribers, the option to sign up for SMS notifications will be hidden from site visitors in the Notify Me module.
Note: Notify Me® subscriber limits differ for each site. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to know your exact limit or increase the total number of subscribers possible.

What is the subscriber limit for Notify me? Can that limit be increased if needed?

Notify Me® subscriber limits are set by the site and are found in the Notify Me® module. Your CSM can also give you the exact limit.
