We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. These changes mark the first step toward creating a cohesive and seamless user experience across all solutions in our portfolio. As part of this transition, users may notice minor design updates. While the functionality you rely on remains unchanged, we are in the process of updating screenshots and other resources on our Help Centers to reflect the new branding. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete these updates.

Change Social Media Icons

Icons for Social Media websites may need to be updated if they change their branding. Please be aware that the new image must be added before it can be selected as a new icon.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Select Modules and on the Content tab, select Graphic Links
    Modules menu with Graphic Links selected.
  3. Select the appropriate social media category
    Selected social category.
    Note: Icons will need to be updated in cases where multiple Social Media categories exist
    An example of multiple categories labeled Social.
  4. Click Choose an Action and then Modify next to the specific icon
    The Choose an Action dropdown menu on the right-hand side in the column labeled Actions.
  5. Click the Modify button next to the image
    Modify button next to the image.
  6. Search for or locate the desired image and click Insert
    The Search bar in the top right corner, or the folders on the left-hand side under the Add Folder button.
    Note: The new image must be added before it can be selected.
  7. Update the Web Address if necessary
    The text entry field labeled Web Address.
  8. Click Save and Publish
    Save and Publish button.
