This article shows how to email all Plan Holders for a Bid item.
Important Notes

Being on the plan holders list does not subscribe users to the Bid category. Users won’t get notifications through Notify Me when updates are made to the bid. You must use this option to send them updates if they are not subscribed.
- You must first enable the Plan Holders Feature on the Bid Category.
Instructions
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Bid Postings
- Select the applicable category
- Click Actions and then Plan Holders List next to the applicable item
- Click the Email All button
- Type your message and click Send
