The Related Documents widget creates a dynamic list of documents referenced in the Document Center.

Add a Related Documents Widget to Your Page
Important Note
After completing these steps, it may take up to 24 hours to see #Ref change from zero.
Instructions
- Log in to your site and navigate to your desired page
- Ensure that Live Edit Is On
- Select the Widgets tab
- Drag and drop the Related Documents widget to your page
- Fill in Widget options fields
- Widget Skin: Select the appearance style of the widget
- Heading: Create a heading/title for the widget

Columns: Select how many columns to use
- Note: There is a maximum of three columns to use.

Sort Order: Choose how to sort the documents
- Alphabetically: From A to Z, From Z to A
- Most Recently Modified: Newer to older
- Least Recently Modified: Older to newer
- Manual: Custom manual order
- Advanced - Widget Breakpoint: Width at which the widget will switch from narrow to wide view
- Click the X to exit the Widget options pop-up
Link Documents with the Related Documents Widget
- Add a Related Documents widget to your page
- Select + Click here to select and add documents, or drag and drop files from your computer to link documents to the page that are already on your site
Note: To add documents straight from your computer, just drag and drop the files into the Related Documents widget. - Select the folder that contains the document you want to link to
Note: To easily locate a document, you can Search for Display Name or ID. You can still select multiple images at a time, even if you search for different images. The widget will remember all the images you check throughout your search session. - Check the document(s) you want to connect to the page
Note: To select all documents, check the top left box. You can also select document from multiple folders. - Click Insert Marked
- Document(s) will appear in the widget
- Select + Click here.... to add more documents
- Select + Add another section to create another section, in the same widget
- Select Save
Add an Entire Document Folder to a Page
Important Note
- The Related Documents widget currently does not automatically update when the Document Center folder is updated. Documents added or removed from the Document Center will also need to be added or removed from the Related Documents widget.
Instructions
- Log in to your site and navigate to your desired page
- Turn on Live Edit
- Select Click here to select and add documents, or drag and drop files from your computer
Note: If needed, add a Related Documents widget to the page. - Locate the desired folder
- Check Select Folder (contents of the widget will be populated dynamically)
- Select Insert Marked
- View folder contents in the widget
- Select Save
