Hi Lori,
Thank you for your comment, we really appreciate your help to better our articles! I have added some extra resources to the bottom of this article that will hopefully help!
Formatting: We have a Best Practices guide for formatting images, pages, text, widgets, and navigation.
How to Size an Image: We also have an article outlining how to use our Image Editor in the Document Center Image Repository, which can help with sizing and cropping, as well as image size recommendation for social media or use in the image or slideshow widgets.
Placement: Our Best Practices Guide outlines that wrapping text around images will remove excess white space, and adding images does not impede scanability, but that it is important to include alt text for each image. The Best Practices Guide has other resources linked out that are very useful for images, tables, and other content items on your website.
I hope this was helpful!
Thank you,
Your Help Center Team
