Export Statistics from Request Tracker

Overview 

This article will show you how to export statistics from Request Tracker.  

 

Important Note

  • All sales before July 1, 2020 will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view the information for the new CRT package. 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker
    The RequestTracker on the modules menu.
  2. Select the Statistics tab
    The RequestTracker's statistics tab.
  3. Select a Start and End Date to view requests
    The Start and End Date input fields.
  4. Click Export
    The Export stats button.
  5. The file will automatically download. Click to open the file
    The downloaded file in the Google Chrome browser.
    • Note: This step will change, depending on your browser.
  6. Open the file to view the report
    The exported file is opened in Microsoft Excel.
