Overview
This article will show you how to export statistics from Request Tracker.
Important Note
All salesbefore July 1, 2020will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view the information for thenew CRT package.
Instructions
Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker
Select the Statistics tab
Select a Start and End Date to view requests
Click Export
The file will automatically download. Click to open the file
Note: This step will change, depending on your browser.
Open the file to view the report
