Set Up Intranet Page Permissions

This article will show you how to set up page permissions for an Intranet page.

 

Who can use this feature?
System Administrator

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Pages
    Modules menu with Pages selected.
  3. Select the Permissions tab and make sure the permissions for the Guest group are unchecked
    Remove guest permissions for the module.
  4. Click Save at the top of the page.
    Save button.
    Note: Save and Push Down will remove permissions for the entire site, meaning the site will be removed from public view. If you accidentally hit Save and Push Down, re-enable Guest permissions and click Save and Push Down.
  5. Now you can go to the individual pages and uncheck Guest permissions
    Properties tab with Guest permission unchecked.
  6. Check the intranet groups that should have access to the page
    Intranet Permissions selected.
  7. Click Save Page Changes
    Save Page Changes.
