Access the Public Images Editor

This article will show you how to access the Image Editor in the Public Images section (formerly Public Assets) of the Document Center.

 

Who can use this feature?
System Administrators | Owners

 

Instructions

 

  1. Log in to your website solution
  2. Navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select the Document Center option

  3. Click the Public Images tab
    Public Assets tab of the Document Center module.
    Note: If the Public Images tab is not enabled, please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
  4. Click on the folder where the image you wish to edit is located to display the contents

  5. Click on the thumbnail of the image you wish to edit
    An example image thumbnail that can be clicked to edit it.
  6. Use the Image Editor tools to edit the image as desired

  7. Click the Crop and Resize Selection button to finish editing

  8. Click the Save button
