This article will teach you more about the Failed Packet Generation Error and how to troubleshoot the error.
When you publish an agenda in the Agenda Center module and receive an error that the system could not generate the packet, the error message should indicate which file is causing the error.
This can occur due to a corrupted file but generally happens because there is a special character in the file name of the named document. The PDF and HTML versions of your agenda will be available, but the packet fails to create and will not publish until all documents are recognized and working.
To fix this error, you will need to remove the document with special characters, rename it, and attach it back to the agenda.
Best Practice
We recommend that all filenames throughout the site (including folders, documents, and images) contain no spaces and use only the dash - character. Any other special characters may create a conflict.
