Manage an Event Series

You are able to manage event series within the Calendar module. Whenever you see a Recurring Icon. loop icon on an event, this means it is part of a series.

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Calendar
    Modules menu with Calendar selected.
  3. Select the Calendar with the desired recurring event
    Calendar category.
  4. Click Actions next to the event series
    Event Actions.
  5. Select Modify, Publish, Unpublish, or Archive
    Recurring event actions.
  6. Select a Modification option
    Modify recurring event options.
    • This and Following Events: Modify all events within the series
    • Single Event: Only modify this single event
      Note: If you select Single Event, it will remove that event from the series.
  7. Make your changes (modify, publish, unpublish, or archive)
  8. Select Save Changes or Save and Send 
    Save Changes or Save and Send.
