This article will show you how to export Form Center results.
Who can use this feature?
Instructions
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Form Center
- Select the category you would like to view submissions for
- Click Actions next to the form you wish to view results for
- Select View Submissions
- Select an Export option
- Export: Export as .CSV (spreadsheet) files
- Export Current View: Export the submissions you are currently viewing
- Export Marked Items: Select specific submissions to export
- Export All Items: Export all submissions
- Export as PDF: Export as .PDF (image) files
- Export Current View: Export the submissions you are currently viewing
- Export Marked Items: Select specific submissions to export
- Export All Items: Export all submissions
- Note: A .ZIP file will download with all included submissions as .PDFs.
- Export Attachments: Download a ZIP file of attachments
- Export Current View: Export attachments for the submissions you are currently viewing
- Export Marked Items: Select specific submissions to export attachments from
- Export All Items: Export all submission attachments
- Export: Export as .CSV (spreadsheet) files
- A downloaded file will appear at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen
- A .CSV file will download for regular export
- A .ZIP file will download for PDF and Attachment exports

Is there a way to send your forms to a cloud-based backend for tracking purposes?
Everytime I try following these steps, a new tab opens and I get an error message saying "We're sorry, but there is not a web page matching your entry". I'm not sure why a data export is opening up a new tab/page instead of downloading a zip file. Do you guys have any information on how to resolve that issue?
