Overview
This article will show you how to remove Guest Rights from the Calendar module. This may be used to create an intranet or staff calendar.
Instructions
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Calendar
- Select the Permissions tab
- Un-check the Guest group
- Select Save, do NOT click Save and Push Down
- Note: Save and Push Down will overwrite all of the permissions for the categories in the module.

Say why someone would want to remove guest rights...it would add context. Thanks!
Hi Sheri,
Some organizations want to add a Staff Only Calendar, which would require removing Guest rights from the Calendar module. This lets you choose to whether or not you want to add Guest rights or not for all future calendars made. I added that note to the Overview as well!
