View Archived Submissions in Form Center

This article will show you how to view submissions after they have been archived.

 

Who can use this feature?

System Admin Slash Owner

 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Form Center
    navigate to the form center module
  2. Select the category with archived submissions that you want to view
    select a category
  3. Select Go To Archives
    go to archives button
  4. Click Actions next to the form that you want to view
    actions button
  5. Select View Archived Submissions
    actions menu, view archived submissions
  6. View archived submissions
    archived submission, actions button
  7. Click Actions > View Submitted Form to view an individual form submission
    archived submission, actions menu, view submitted form
  8. Review the archived form submission
    archived form submission
