No Submit Options on a Form

Who can use this feature?
Note: Authors can submit a form for publishing, but cannot publish themselves.
If you encounter a form without any submissions options, that may be because you are viewing the form in Preview Mode, through the administration side. Submit options are removed from this view to prevent accidental submission, which may not work as expected from this view.
If you want to view the form the way users will see it, you must Publish the form. Then, you will be able to see submit options on the front end.
