Subscriber Management gives users easy access to a master list of all their subscribers.
Users will only see subscribers to modules that they have permission to. By default, anyone with back-end access can view the subscribers. To change this, please contact Support. Approval will need to come from the Primary Contact on your account.
In Subscriber Management you can Export, Delete, Filter, and Search. The search feature allows you to search by email or by phone number. The filter allows you to filter through different modules and categories that are relevant to your permissions.
If You Need More Subscribers
If you have reached your subscriber allotment (such as the number of SMS subscriber limit), this can be increased. To purchase additional subscribers please contact your CivicPlus Account Owner or Customer Success Manager. If you are unsure who your Customer Success Manager is, contact the Customer Success Team.
