Set a Page to Automatically Publish

This article will show you how to automatically publish a page on a specified date. 

 

Who can use this feature?

System Admin Slash Owner

 

 

Instructions  

  1. Navigate to your page
  2. Ensure that Live Edit Is On
    live edit is on
  3. Ensure all versions are unpublished (in Draft mode)
    all versions draft
    • Note: Click Unpublish All Versions to easily make all versions into Draft mode.
  4. Click Actions next to the version you wish to publish

  5. Select Options

  6. Scroll down to Display - Starting On and enter a date to begin to display the published version
    starting on date
  7. Click Save Changes 
    save changes
  8. Select Save and Publish
    save and publish scheduled
  9. The scheduled version will show as pending.
    Shown as pending

    How about showing the time of day it will start, on the start date entered, in the directions, please?  Also, explain that you don't need an end date if you have a new page with as start date in pending status, please.
