News Flash Category Widget Display Order

The News Flash module displays all items in alphabetical order by category name, then the order that they are listed in the category itself. This means that related pages and widgets will display all published items from the first category, then all items in the next category, and continue that pattern until all items are viewable.  

This display arrangement can be adjusted. You can reorder items in categories or rename categories so that more important categories can display earlier in alphabetized order. You can also adjust the number of categories displayed to show more or fewer items, depending on page space.
