Bulk Actions in Photo Gallery

This article will show you how to utilize the category Bulk Actions. This allows you to modify multiple categories all at one time. 

 

Bulk Actions

  • Move to Album: Move the chosen photos into an album
  • Publish: Makes photos publicly viewable
  • Unpublish: Makes photos not viewable by the public
  • Delete: Removes photos from the system
  • Decline: Decline author-submitted photos 

 

Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Photo Gallery
    Modules menu, Photo Gallery.
  3. Click on the album
    Select album.
  4. Select the photos you want to apply a Bulk Action to
    check boxes
    Note: You can select an entire album by checking the box next to the album name.
    Check all images in an album.
  5. Expand Bulk Actions
    Bulk actions button.
  6. Select a Bulk Action
    Bulk action options.
    • Move to Album: Move the chosen photos into an album
    • Publish: Makes photos publicly viewable
    • Unpublish: Makes photos not viewable by the public
    • Delete: Removes photos from the system (Photos must be unpublished before they can be deleted)
    • Decline: Decline author-submitted photos
  7. Bulk Actions will immediately take effect
